EA revealed the next game in the Mirror’s Edge series to be called Mirror’s Edge Catalyst. Set before the first game, Catalyst is a prequel that shows how events shape the protagonist, Faith, leading into the original game. Unlike the first game, Catalyst will be open world, rather than level based. How much this will change gameplay, we can only guess.
Mirror’s Edge Catalyst is expected February 2016.
